The Quisqueyana Group is organized as a series of individually incorporated entities, each focused on a specific business line.   Regulatory licenses or operating permits pertaining to each business line are issued to the appropriate company.   The companies are also organized by geographical location, with offices in the United States, the Dominican Republic and Europe.   Ernesto Jaime Armenteros and members of his family own each corporate entity in the Quisqueyana Group.
