RQI ADDS ADDITIONAL PAYERS TO ITS EXTENSIVE GLOBAL NETWORK

Lawrenceville, GA April 1, 2009 -- RQI (Remesas Quisqueyana, Inc.), announced that with the addition of 3 new correspondents over the last six months, its extensive worldwide payer network now reaches beyond 65 payers with more than 18,000 payout locations.

RQI will continue to establish more points of payment through the addition of new correspondents during 2009-2010 in Central and South America, the Caribbean Islands, Africa, South East Asia, and Europe. In order to offer the best payer network to our customers, we have adopted modern technologies and updated correspondent’s practices. Our intention is to expand our network of payout locations with major banks and licensed independent payers all over the world.

During the last 6 months RQI finalized contracts with new correspondents in Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Honduras, and others. Transactions are processed within minutes due to the high level of both software and hardware security on the parts of both the correspondents and RQI.
