Our corporate headquarters are located in New York City.   All support functions, including accounting, compliance, credit management, customer service, information technology and marketing are conducted there.   In addition, we supervise our U.S. and Canadian agents and branches from New York. Our network of over 500 agents offers our Connection Services to immigrants in 15 U.S. states and territories and Canada.   Our agents are serviced by the Manager of Agent Franchise.   We have 20 Connection Services branches in five states (Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island), which are staffed by Quisqueyana employees, under the supervision of the Vice President of Branches.   The headquarters also offers our Connection Services to walk-in customers.

In Canada, we are licensed by the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations.

Our office in Puerto Rico is run by the Vice President of Regional Operations for the Caribbean.   He oversees our five branches and network of over 75 independent agents in Puerto Rico, as well as our agents in the Virgin Islands, Aruba, Anguilla and St. Maarten.    In addition to offering many of our Connection Services to immigrants in Puerto Rico, our branches offer check-cashing services.  

Dominican Republic

Because a significant volume of our Connection Services is to the Dominican Republic, the Quisqueyana Group owns six wholly-owned service corporations there.  

Carioca S.A. is Quisqueyana's home delivery operation for money transfers sent from overseas. The company has over 300 employees in 25 branch offices throughout the Dominican Republic. Carioca is able to deliver anywhere in the Dominican Republic and typically delivers funds to the intended beneficiaries within four hours of receipt of the transaction file from RQI's central database in New York.

Carioca Foreign Exchange Services, licensed by the Superintendencia de Bancos, provides U.S. Dollar, Euro and Dominican Peso foreign exchange services to the retail market in the Dominican Republic and for money transfers originated by Quisqueyana.

Quisqueyana Foreign Exchange Services, licensed by the Superintendencia de Bancos, provides U.S. Dollar, Euro and Dominican peso foreign exchange services to the corporate sector, including banks, multi-nationals and exporters in the Dominican Republic.  

Quisqueyana Catalog Sales, supplies and delivers certain products sold by catalog through branches and agents in the United States and its territories, including appliances and furniture.

Quisqueyana Express S.A. delivers the air and maritime documents, packages and cargo shipped from our locations in the United States and Puerto Rico, once they arrive in the Dominican Republic.

Quisqueyana Travel S.A. is a full-service travel agency based in Santo Domingo. The office specializes in low-cost, negotiated fares between the Dominican Republic and the United States.

Quisqueyana offers connection services to immigrant communities in the United States, Spain, The Caribbean and Canada. We currently provide money transfer services to 24 countries in Latin America, Asia and Africa.
