Since 1985, Quisqueyana has offered money transfer services to immigrant communities. Initially, we serviced the Dominican immigrant community in the New York area. In 1995, we began to expand our pay-out services, by offering money transfers to Mexico and Columbia. Today, our customers can send money to 26 countries from 30 branches and over 700 agents in the United States, the Caribbean, Canada and Europe, as well as through Cashpin.com, our online money transfer service.   Money transfers are delivered using our network of 47 correspondents, our Dominican branches and the Cashpin VISA card. We offer our customers four ways for their beneficiaries to receive funds: "Direct Deposit", in which we deposit funds directly in the beneficiary's bank account, is available in all countries we service.   This method makes funds available to the beneficiary within two hours or less. "Office Pick-up", which allows the beneficiary to collect his remittance at a branch of Quisqueyana or its correspondents, is available everywhere Quisqueyana operates, except for Venezuela. "Door to Door Service", in which the remittance is delivered to the beneficiary anywhere in the country, is available throughout the Dominican Republic within four hours, in either U.S. dollars or Dominican pesos.   This service is also available in certain destinations in Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Peru, in some instances for an additional fee. The Cashpin Card is offered to customers sending money to Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The remitter can choose to transfer money to a reloadable, prepaid Cashpin card, backed by Visa Electron, providing access for the beneficiary to thousands of ATMs and Visa-affiliated merchants everywhere.
