National Money Transmitters Association Quisqueyana is a founding member of the National Money Transmitter Association (NMTA), which was established in 1999 to represent the interests of independent money transmitters in the Unites States. NMTA serves as a forum where members can discuss issues facing the industry and work together to address common concerns, particularly in the regulatory area. NMTA representatives regularly meet with state and federal regulators and legislators. In addition, NMTA has developed a "Best Practices" policy to address common compliance issues, to which its members adhere.  NMTA also sponsors industry conferences, provides educational materials and collects, updates and disseminates industry information..
